Paul Malberg

Paul Malberg has a background in education with opportunities to serve as a classroom teacher, resource teacher, Assistant Principal, School Improvement Specialist, EET Mentor and as a Teacher Talent Developer. Recently, he served as a Teacher Talent Developer (TTD) at Miles Elementary in Hillsborough County Public Schools from July 2016-July 2018. The TTD role was similar to the role as an Empowering Effective Teachers (EET) Mentor supporting beginning teachers in Hillsborough County during the 2015-2016 school year with the added responsibility of providing direct instruction in Reading and Writing to third grade students at Miles Elementary each day. He served as Reading Resource Teacher in 2018-2019 and is currently serving as Reading Coach at Miles.
