All appointments must be canceled 8 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Our late-cancellation fee is $25.00. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Recurring appointments: 3 consecutive cancellations (on-time or late) may result in loss of student’s recurring session slot.
