24-hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment must be given to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Clients cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24-hour notice will be required to pay 50% of the price for the service(s) scheduled. Further, we reserve the right to charge full price for any sessions missed without providing any notice. There are no exceptions to this policy.
